Originally called the Brixton Tower, construction started in 1961 and was completed in 1962. The tower acts as a great way to get your bearings in the city, when you look at it in relation to the other towers. The Sentech Tower is almost due west of the Telkom Tower. Up until 1982, there was a sweet panoramic viewing deck open to the public. That was shut off due to political tension in the 90′s. Nowadays, with all that behind us, nothing is stopping us from hassling Sentech.
